A clear, lightly sparkling intensely appley cider. Made from 100% fresh pressed vintage quality bittersweet cider apples. 6.0% ABV.
This Medium Cider is lightly sparkling, clear, with a lightly fruity aroma and a great balance between sweetness, acidity and tannins. 4.8% ABV.
Our Dry Cider gets its distinctive "bite" from the Redstreak apples while the vintage quality of Harry Master's & Yarlington Mill give it a rounded, well balanced finish. 6.7% ABV.
Medium Dry Perry
Great with cheese, our lightly sparkling straw colored perry predominantly features Jenkin's Red pear. It's a very light and refreshing easy drinking perry that belies its 6% ABV.
Traditional cider making techniques produce a gently maturing "golden fire" that's great with cheese, spicy food or just enjoyed on its own. Don't forget to serve lightly chilled.
