Apple County Cider is the family run business of award winning cider producer Ben Culpin and his wife Steph at Whitehouse Farm.

We produce premium single variety ciders from 100% juice using bittersweet cider apples such as Dabinett, Michelin, Vilberie, Brown Snout and Yarlington Mill.

The apples are harvested, washed and pressed on our farm in late Autumn. The juice then enjoys a long cold fermentation in the barn throughout the winter months. In the spring, the vats are "racked off" for a secondary fermentation and the cider is ready to enjoy in early summer.
