Pearson’s Cider Co. is a small, family owned cider mill run by three generations of Pearsons, located on a farm just outside Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.
We only make our ciders using 100% fresh pressed juice from carefully selected bittersweet and bittersharp apples sourced from local orchards we know well – so we can tell you down to the tree where we've sourced our apples. Varieties include Hereford Red Streak, Dabinett, Brown's Apple, Harry Master's Jersey, and Yarlington Mill.
We press and ferment our apples in the fall. The juice matures naturally over the winter, and we blend in the spring without using any artificial ingredients, coloring, or flavorings in any of our ciders.
